Send us the flight number and arrival time. If you're delayed, the airlines tell our screen before they tell yours.

Walk out of baggage claim. We're idling at the ground-transportation curb with keys, paperwork, and the A/C already running.
Why curbside
Because a rental-car
center isn't a

A chain rental at ITO or KOA sends you to a consolidated rental-car facility first. Shuttle, line, upsell, paperwork, lot, then drive. Thirty to forty-five minutes before your trip actually starts.
We skip all of it. One van, one driver, one curb. You're eating poke in Kailua or watching steam at Volcanoes while the chain folks are still initialing a damage waiver.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight from wheels-up. Delays, diversions, late arrivals: we watch the live board and adjust delivery. Just get off the plane; we roll up when you do.
Where exactly do you meet us?
At the ground-transportation curb directly outside baggage claim at ITO or KOA. No shuttle bus, no off-site rental lot, no walk through a parking structure. You step outside, we're there.
Is delivery included in the rate?
Airport delivery is included for eligible trips. Rate, dates, and group size all factor in; ask us at booking and we'll confirm up front. There are no surprise fees on delivery day.
Can we drop the van at the other airport?
One-way drop between ITO and KOA is available on request. Flying in to Kona and out of Hilo (or vice versa) works; just tell us at booking so we can stage the logistics.
What do we do with our rental after the trip?
Same deal in reverse. Park at the curb, hand over the keys, walk into your terminal. No fuel receipts to photograph, no shuttle to catch, no 45-minute counter wait before your flight.
Do we need to be there on time?
Yes. Give us your real arrival time, not your scheduled one. If plans change, text (808) 765-2290. We flex around flights; we can't flex around silence.
