Arrive together, stay together
Twelve flights, twelve pickups, twelve sedans. No thanks. Your group meets at one van, at one curb, and rolls from there.
Group travel · 9 to 15
The Big Island is a lot of island. Splitting your group across three sedans means three fuel stops, three parking hunts, and a group chat full of "where are you?" One van solves all of it. Built for reunions, weddings, teams, and the kind of trip you'll still be talking about next year.
Group at a glance
Who rides with us
Family reunions
One van, three generations, zero caravans. Grandparents up front, kids in the back, cousins everywhere in between.
Weddings
Shuttle the bridal party from airport to venue, venue to hotel, hotel to afterparty. Same van. Same rate.
University & field-study trips
Volcanoes to summit to shoreline. Students, gear, field kit, all accounted for in a single vehicle.
Sports teams
Full roster plus bags, plus coaches, plus the stat keeper. Built for travel schedules.
Church groups & retreats
Mission trips, retreats, youth groups. One driver, one van, the whole congregation.
Corporate retreats
Ditch the four-sedan caravan. The team arrives together, leaves together, bonds in between.
Multi-generational ohana
Nine kids, two uncles, one tūtū. No rental counter can handle it like a single van can.
Volcano & summit adventure groups
Mauna Kea Visitor Info Station at 9,000 ft, Volcanoes NP all day: our vans handle both.
Why one van beats three sedans
Twelve flights, twelve pickups, twelve sedans. No thanks. Your group meets at one van, at one curb, and rolls from there.
Our vans are automatic and take a standard US license. Anyone in your group can drive; you can rotate across the trip to keep it fresh.
The inside jokes, the playlist wars, the 'did you see that' from the third row: you only get that when you're all in the same vehicle.
One pickup time, one drop-off time, one fuel stop. Coordinating a group is hard enough; the vehicle shouldn't add to it.
Plan your group trip
Group size, dates, which airport, and one sentence about what you're doing. We'll come back with a confirmed hold, a rate, and any logistics flags (like one-way drop or car seats).

From our riders
"Aloha kākou. We had a great overall experience renting 2 vans from Big Island Van Rentals for our group of university students. The vans were accommodating, comfortable, and got us all over the island from Hilo to Kona to the Mauna Kea visitors center (9,000 ft), and they were strong all the way through. Mahalo nui!"
"Customer service is tops. If you are in need of a 12-pack van, these guys are it! They dropped the van off and met us at the terminal, and if there are any issues, they respond immediately."
"Perfect size for large ohana. Easy to work with. Will use again!"
"They were awesome to work with. Our flight was delayed and they were great to work with us. The van was cold, the van got us everywhere we wanted to go. I would for sure will rent from them again next time we come. Thank you guys!!"
"It's always tough to find a van large enough to fit us and our 9 kids. We always check tour, rental agencies, and Orbitz to help us. This time, I came across Big Island Van Rentals on Google after finding that all the other options were significantly more expensive."
"Great to work with! Accommodated us last minute and made everything a breeze. I strongly recommend Big Island Van Rentals! Mahalo!"
Nine to fifteen people, airport to airport, Volcanoes to Waimea. We handle the vehicle; you handle the memories.
